As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the voice of our brand, assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and orders via chat and email.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with various departments to optimize internal processes.
• Participate in other customer care-related tasks as needed.
• Proactively suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Ability to work in a structured manner with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Friendly, customer-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Slack is a plus.
• Proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexible availability, with working hours from Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 01:00.
• Full-time availability is required.
