HR Operations Lead - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Lead to join our team in a remote capacity. As part of Neo Group's commitment to delivering innovative, data-driven solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing global HR operations for contractors and employees.

What You'll Do

• Own global HR operations for contractors and employees, ensuring consistent onboarding, off-boarding, and status changes.
• Ensure HRIS (HiBob) data accuracy and conduct regular audits to maintain compliance.
• Coordinate HR compliance activities and prepare data for audits, validating HR data for contracts, amendments, and terminations before Legal.
• Govern payroll and contractor payment HR inputs, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Design, document, and control HR operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational and compliance issues, ensuring stability and consistency in HR operations.
• Monitor core KPIs including zero critical compliance breaches and near-100% data accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR generalist/operations roles.
• A legal or HR degree is strongly preferred to ensure structured, risk-aware decision-making.
• Solid understanding of employment law, contractor models, and cross-border HR compliance.
• Experience managing contractors and employees across multiple jurisdictions, ideally in remote-first or distributed organizations.
• Strong experience with HRIS systems (HiBob or similar), including data audits and process ownership.
• Ability to design, document, and control HR processes end-to-end.
• Fluent English for daily communication in an international environment.
