About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join Paddle, a leading digital product company, offering a unique approach to payment infrastructure. This Sales Manager remote position is crucial as we expand our international team serving both EMEA and APAC regions. You will lead a growing team of Account Executives, driving our ambitious growth plans and achieving revenue goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead the acquisition of new business, meeting quarterly and annual quotas as a Sales Manager remote.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new Account Executives, fostering a culture of achievement and collaboration.
• Conduct weekly one-on-ones to measure performance, improve skills, and create individual career progression plans.
• Promote activities that maintain and build a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasts.
• Support the Sales Director and commercial leadership team in achieving growth goals for 2025 and beyond.

Requirements

• Experience in building teams and coaching consultative sales teams in a growth-stage SaaS/software business.
• Full sales cycle experience in a software or SaaS business, managing multi-threaded sales processes.
• Strong motivational skills and a commitment to career development.
• Resilient, optimistic, and possessing a growth mindset.
• Exceptional time management and people skills, with experience selling to technical roles (CTO, Head of Product).

Nice to Have

• Experience in managing sales teams in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with digital payment solutions and the SaaS industry.
