What You'll Do

• Provide advisory and execution on complex change management challenges across major transformation initiatives.
• Develop enterprise change strategies that enable organizations to successfully navigate workforce, technology, and operational transformations.
• Lead high-profile change programs, serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executives.
• Design innovative approaches to accelerate adoption and maximize return on transformation investments.
• Build and maintain executive relationships that generate sustained client engagement.

Requirements

• Years of consulting experience with significant focus on organizational change management.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs with complex change components.
• Experience developing and growing a change management practice or service line.
• History of successful client relationship management at executive levels.
• Strong business development background with demonstrated ability to win work.

Nice to Have

• Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, Organizational Psychology, etc.).
• Change management certifications (Prosci, CCMP, etc.).
