Senior Project Manager - Public Sector Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team at Winning Consulting. This Senior Project Manager remote position will allow you to lead significant projects for a prestigious public sector client in Lisbon. You will play a crucial role in driving innovative solutions and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multiple financial and accounting projects within the public administration sector.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Utilize your expertise in SAP and financial processes to guide project teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, or Economics.
• Over 25 years of professional experience in management consulting and financial processes.
• Membership in the Certified Accountants Association.
• Minimum of 15 projects in financial and accounting areas within public administration over the last 5 years, including at least 2 projects in fixed assets, SNC-AP, and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of SAP is essential.
• BPMN certification is preferred.
