Sales Director - Remote Position for European Markets

About the Role

Join our team as a Sales Director Europe remote. This is an exciting opportunity to lead sales initiatives across Europe in a dynamic and innovative company. As a Sales Director Europe remote, you will be responsible for driving growth in strategic markets, collaborating with a diverse team, and making a significant impact in the welding overlay and maintenance industry.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy across Europe.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including refineries and EPC contractors.
• Manage sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM/ERP tools.
• Lead and mentor regional sales managers to achieve targets.
• Support technical proposals in collaboration with Engineering and Field teams.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
• Work closely with Field Execution and Welding Managers to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical B2B sales within heavy industries such as welding, maintenance, EPC, oil & gas, or power.
• Proven track record in senior sales leadership roles.
• Strong project management, financial analysis, and cost optimization skills.
• Effective leadership abilities with a focus on team development and cross-functional communication.
• Established network within the European industrial sector.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical scopes.
• Experience managing international projects.
• Fluent in English (minimum C1 level); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Nice to Have

• International Welding Engineer (IWE) certification or engineering background.
