Early Talent Advisor - Hybrid Role at National Highways
About the Role
We’re looking for an Early Talent Advisor - Remote to join our National Highways Talent Team. As an Early Talent Advisor, you’ll deliver talent solutions to the business across emerging talent and talent management. This hybrid role allows you to work remotely while ensuring that talent is attracted, retained, and developed effectively.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver talent interventions that meet business needs.
- Manage talent programmes on a day-to-day basis, acting as the subject matter expert in your area.
- Work with third-party suppliers to deliver talent initiatives, ensuring compliance with KPIs.
- Develop internal and external communications to support the talent strategy.
- Ensure data integrity by keeping all data sources up to date and managing reporting.
Requirements
- Experience in managing talent programmes and projects related to talent.
- Strong communication and advisory skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one area of talent (graduates, apprenticeships, talent management).
- Experience in a talent role within resourcing or learning & development.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with data management and reporting tools.
- Experience in a public sector or large organization.
