What You'll Do

• Work closely with the demand generation team to qualify inbound leads.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to create targeted outbound campaigns.
• Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts and inbound leads.
• Engage with prospects through telephone and email interactions.
• Research accounts to identify key players and decision-makers.
• Route opportunities to the appropriate account executives for follow-up.
• Manage and overcome prospect objections effectively.
• Build and maintain superior relationships with prospects.
• Achieve qualified opportunity quotas and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university.
• Fluency in Portuguese, with secondary proficiency in English and Spanish.
• A self-starter with a proven track record of success in sales.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy sales team environment.
• Highly coachable with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
