What You'll Do

• Manually enter customer purchase orders into our ERP system.
• Assist in setting up new accounts with the accounting and operations team.
• Provide daily reports of all new orders to upper management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
