What You'll Do
- Manage the full lifecycle of wholesale orders from initiation to completion.
- Ensure seamless execution and compliance across various internal systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to clarify order details and troubleshoot system issues.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Communicate proactively with Territory Sales Managers regarding order discrepancies.
- Provide operational insights to support Territory Sales Managers in their customer interactions.
- Maintain clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Exercise sound judgment and operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience considered.
- Proven experience in order operations or sales operations.
- Strong understanding of multi-system workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience enforcing operational rules such as FIFO.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
