What You'll Do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of wholesale orders from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure seamless execution and compliance across various internal systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to clarify order details and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Communicate proactively with Territory Sales Managers regarding order discrepancies.
  • Provide operational insights to support Territory Sales Managers in their customer interactions.
  • Maintain clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exercise sound judgment and operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience considered.
  • Proven experience in order operations or sales operations.
  • Strong understanding of multi-system workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience enforcing operational rules such as FIFO.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
