About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive to join our team at Samsara. This Account Executive remote position is a fantastic opportunity to engage with small to medium-sized customers and help them leverage the Internet of Things (IoT) for operational improvements. You will be part of a high-energy sales team focused on driving growth and delivering actionable insights through IoT data.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with multiple stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored IoT solutions.
  • Build genuine customer relationships to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Achieve consistent quota targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Learn about diverse business operations and how IoT can enhance efficiency and safety.
  • Collaborate with a high-performance sales culture to drive results.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your sales skills.
  • Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) to manage sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably in a commercial sales environment.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota achievement.
  • Experience with high-volume cold calling and fast-paced transactional sales.
  • A growth mindset and collaborative attitude to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus.
