What You'll Do

• Facilitate the leasing process from initial contact through lease generation.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, engaging prospects and converting leads to residents.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms and community policies to guide prospective residents effectively.
• Resolve resident concerns and issues promptly while meeting key performance indicators for occupancy.
• Utilize leasing software for tracking and communication, collaborating with team members to achieve goals.
• Adhere to fair housing regulations and laws, ensuring compliance throughout the leasing process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in computer software and CRM tools.
• Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Empathetic and customer-focused approach to leasing.
