Sales Development Representative - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team remotely. This Sales Development Representative remote role is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your sales career and make a significant impact on our hospitality team.

What You'll Do

• Drive new business growth by qualifying warm inbound leads from marketing-generated sources such as webinars and demo requests.
• Create a great first impression for our prospects and customers by providing a world-class experience.
• Identify customer needs to determine if Lightspeed solutions would be a good fit.
• Manage multiple lead sources, including incoming calls, emails, chats, and referrals simultaneously.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage the existing customer database, ensuring all communications are logged and identified.
• Collaborate with the Sales Development Manager to develop new strategies for growing the sales pipeline and consistently meet sales goals.

Requirements

• Hospitality, sales, or customer-facing experience.
• Experience in technology (software, mobile, or other).
• Fluency in Dutch is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
