About the Role

We're hiring a Commercial Assistant to join our dynamic team at Banco BPI. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely while providing exceptional customer service in the banking sector. As a Commercial Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible support and information regarding our products and services.

What You'll Do

• Provide general customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Deliver information about the bank's products and services, helping clients make informed decisions.
• Establish trust with each client through effective communication, both in-person and over the phone.
• Ensure all client requests are executed accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to security and quality procedures.
• Utilize computer systems effectively to manage client information and transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Management, Economics, or equivalent.
• Strong motivation for commercial activities and customer engagement.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and persuasive abilities.
• Good interpersonal relationship skills and a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in computer systems from a user perspective.
• Knowledge of English is essential; previous banking experience is a plus.
