Methods Technician - Remote Position at Constellium

About the Role

We are looking for a Methods Technician to join our team at Constellium, a global leader in aluminum transformation. This Methods Technician remote position will allow you to contribute to our digital transformation efforts while ensuring the accuracy of production data.

What You'll Do

• Administer the machine time measurement tool to ensure compliance with production figures.
• Compile performance tracking information, including machine time and product volume.
• Control and verify data consistency to ensure accurate performance calculations.
• Adjust performance tracking and analyses based on business needs.
• Participate in the automation of reporting tasks using digital tools.
• Ensure final archiving of manufacturing documents in compliance with regulations.
• Engage in studies and time analyses to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in industrial engineering or production technology.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, SAP, Office Suite) and databases (SQL, Access).
• General knowledge of data management and network infrastructures.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement tools.
