About the Role

What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Utilize tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on lead generation and conversion tactics.
- Analyze market trends and client needs to tailor your approach effectively.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Bahasa is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
- Experience with payroll implementation or operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Dutch GAAP is advantageous.
