Sales Development Representative (German-Speaking) - Remote
About the Role
We're looking for a passionate Sales Development Representative (German-Speaking) remote to join our vibrant team at Frontify. In this role, you will be instrumental in generating leads and driving growth in the DACH market. As a key player in our sales team, you will help potential customers discover how our platform can transform their brand management.
What You'll Do
- Generate qualified leads within new accounts, driving growth in the sales pipeline.
- Strategically prospect enterprise clients through personalized cold calls, emails, and multi-touch campaigns.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and develop high-potential opportunities.
- Proactively anticipate objections and position tailored solutions to drive qualified prospects into the sales cycle.
- Manage a high volume of target accounts with strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Synthesize complex information and make it digestible and relevant for executive buyers.
- Research and understand various lines of business, buyer personas, and their priorities.
- Receive structured onboarding, enablement support, and ramping protection to ensure you’re set up for success as you grow into the role.
Requirements
- Proficient in English and German, with strong communication skills across multiple channels (phone, email, social media).
- Resilience and perseverance, with the ability to handle objections and think on your feet.
- Proactive and methodical in your work, demonstrating confidence and ownership.
- Experience in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong active listening and empathy skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
- Knowledge of the DACH market and its business landscape.
