What You'll Do

  • As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for turning warm mid-to-large leads into long-lasting Hive customers.
  • You will build relationships with potential customers, understand their challenges, and design solutions that solve their challenges.
  • Your role will involve winning over customers to Hive through strategic relationship management.
  • Join the Growth team in the UK and dive into an environment where learning and execution are at the core of success.
  • Collaborate with a diverse and global collective of sales professionals passionate about shaping the future of commerce operations in Europe.

Requirements

  • You should have 3-4 years of experience in B2B Sales, consistently hitting and exceeding your targets.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • A reliable team player with a goal-oriented mindset is a must.
  • You must possess a willingness to learn and grow, as Hive prides itself on continual improvement.
  • Fluent English is required for this role.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with sales tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn.
  • A background in logistics or e-commerce would be advantageous.
