Content Operations Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Content Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at Adzuna. This remote opportunity allows you to play a pivotal role in ensuring that our job search engine remains the best in the market. You will be the crucial link between our commercial and technical teams, ensuring high-quality job listings are available for our users.

What You'll Do

• Act as the interface between commercial and technical teams to ensure job content is up-to-date and comprehensive.
• Manage and prioritize the integration of new job feeds and scrapes, enhancing our job content quality.
• Collaborate with Integration Specialists, Perl Developers, and Product Managers to streamline operations.
• Drive improvements in the feed integration process, identifying bottlenecks and enhancing team efficiency.
• Engage with various teams to maintain high standards of existing job content.
• Utilize AI tools to automate and improve operational processes.
• Provide input into the development of our product suite to enhance user experience.
• Work directly with customers and suppliers to solve problems and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• A graduate with at least 1 year of experience in operations or account management.
• Highly numerate and organized, with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport across teams.
• Technically adept, with experience using Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• A positive attitude towards using AI tools to enhance workflows.

Nice to Have

• Experience in prompt engineering and integrating LLM-based solutions.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing systems.
• Understanding of technical concepts such as XML, JSON, HTML, APIs, MySQL, and JavaScript.
