Customer Success Manager - Remote SaaS Role

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Syndigo. This remote Customer Success Manager position is designed for individuals who are passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction and success in a SaaS environment. You will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of small-to-mid-size customers, focusing on delivering value quickly and efficiently through digital engagement and automation.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of long-tail customers across DACH and Europe, ensuring they achieve success with our SaaS platform.
  • Deliver customer success primarily through one-to-many and digital channels such as webinars, in-app messaging, and campaigns.
  • Prioritize outreach using health scores, usage data, and risk indicators to ensure customer engagement.
  • Drive structured onboarding programs to accelerate time-to-value for customers.
  • Guide customers in adopting core product capabilities, especially data-driven workflows.
  • Monitor usage metrics and proactively intervene when adoption stalls.
  • Support renewal processes for long-tail accounts and identify churn risks early.
  • Design and deliver scalable training formats, maintaining and improving self-service resources for customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Support, or similar SaaS roles.
  • Excellent language skills in English and either German or Polish (C1).
  • Experience using tools like Salesforce and ChurnZero.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a large number of customers simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort interpreting dashboards and usage metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized and self-managed in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a structured, process-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with customer success metrics and health scoring models.
