Customer Service Administrator - French Speaking (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator - French Speaking (Remote) to join our team at Blatchford. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication with our clients.

What You'll Do

• Act as the first point of contact for our B2B customers, providing prompt and effective solutions.
• Coordinate closely with various departments, including logistics and sales, to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism via phone and email.
• Process purchase orders and customer requests efficiently.
• Create invoices and credit notes for customers.
• Monitor and follow up on returns and order processing activities.
• Support the ACS department with test products and necessary documentation.
• Contribute ideas to improve office processes and enhance customer service.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or equivalent education.
• Initial experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proficient in German, French, and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with ERP systems such as Syteline & Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills and a structured, detail-oriented work style.
• Ability to work under pressure and find solutions effectively.
