What You'll Do

• Follow Trek's customer service standards and training programs, such as Trek University.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the store.
• Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of store merchandising, including organization, classification, placement, and pricing.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and product replacement.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by the Store Manager to meet business needs.
• Adapt to changing business demands and contribute to a positive team environment.
