What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the pâtisserie brigade to ensure the highest standard of culinary experience for guests at Neora Restaurant.
  • Prepare and present a variety of desserts and pastries, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to menu development by suggesting innovative dessert ideas and seasonal specialties.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Completed training as a chef or pastry chef with relevant experience in upscale gastronomy.
  • Knowledge of Greek cuisine is a plus.
  • Strong professional competence, creativity, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a structured manner.
  • Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills.
