Data Analyst - Remote Opportunity at Cellfie Mobile

About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team at Cellfie Mobile. This remote Data Analyst position offers a unique opportunity to work with digital products and make a significant impact on our services. You will analyze data from our mobile applications and web channels to uncover growth and improvement opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Analyze usage data of digital products (mobile app, web channels) and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Study user behavior within digital funnels (onboarding, activation, conversion) to determine where user drop-off or growth potential exists.
• Define and continuously monitor key product KPIs (DAU, MAU, retention, churn).
• Evaluate the impact of new features and product changes based on data analysis.
• Plan, conduct, and analyze A/B tests to ensure product decisions are data-driven.
• Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and marketing teams to create customer-centric solutions.
• Create dashboards, insights, and automated reports to help the team make quick and informed decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Digital Product or Data Analyst role.
• Strong practical knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with digital product metrics (funnels, retention, cohorts, conversion).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Experience with analytics tools (Firebase Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to transform business questions into data.
• Proactivity - you don’t wait for instructions, you ask "why?"
• Ability to communicate arguments effectively and engage in discussions.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working on mobile or large-scale digital products.
• Experience with Python for data analysis.
• Practical experience with A/B testing.
• Experience with UX research and customer journey analysis.
• Experience with telecommunications or subscription-based products.
