What You'll Do

• Welcome and engage customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Share your product knowledge to inspire and guide informed buying decisions.
• Demonstrate products and communicate offers in a way that builds trust and adds value.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through quality customer interactions.
• Maintain an appealing store environment and support visual merchandising.
• Process transactions accurately and professionally.
• Learn and develop through structured training and ongoing coaching.

Requirements

• Confidence and comfort in talking with customers.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role.
• Enjoyment in learning about products and sharing that knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and peak times.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar retail environment.
• Knowledge of culinary tools and products.
