Customer Helper - Sales Desk & Baggage Tracing Agent (Remote)
About the Role
We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Helper - Sales Desk & Baggage Tracing Agent (Remote) at Jet2.com. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering a VIP service to our customers, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. As a Customer Helper, you will assist with flight bookings, baggage tracing, and customer inquiries, all while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Create a great first impression and warm welcome for all customers, ensuring they receive a VIP service.
- Assist customers with flight bookings and additional product sales, enhancing their travel experience.
- Monitor the queuing system and queue times to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries, including flight changes and escalated queries, with professionalism and care.
- Utilize World Tracer to efficiently return lost items to their owners.
- Support customers during disruptions by arranging alternative flights, accommodations, and transfers.
- Work on a rostered shift basis, demonstrating flexibility to support our 24/7 operation.
- Contribute to achieving our Sales and Customer Satisfaction targets through dedicated service.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proven track record in handling customer queries in a fast-paced travel environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
- Strong numeracy and communication skills.
- High-level understanding of DCS systems, such as INK and iPort.
- Experience with WorldTracer is beneficial but not mandatory.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the travel industry.
- Familiarity with airline operations and procedures.
