ROC Analyst - Remote Position at Mitratech

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated ROC Analyst to join our team at Mitratech in a remote capacity. As a ROC Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our Risk Operations Centre, providing essential services to our enterprise clients. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates or those with 1 to 2 years of experience in information risk management. What You'll Do

• Assist with onboarding clients and survey content into the Prevalent cloud hosted platform.
• Distribute information risk surveys to our clients’ requested third parties.
• Address client queries through first-line support, articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage assessment completion rates through effective communication with third parties.
• Conduct analysis on completed survey content and industry reports.
• Manage third-party risk remediation activities with support from the Prevalent Professional Services Team.
• Engage in client touchpoints to provide updates on progress in collaboration with the Prevalent Customer Success Team.
• Create client reports covering key service KPIs and third-party summaries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in information risk management is desirable.
• Strong customer relationship skills and a professional demeanor.
• Excellent written communication and engagement skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and IT literacy.
• Willingness to obtain industry certifications (e.g., CTPRP, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CIPP, CISA).
