Partner Support & Process Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Partner Support & Process Specialist (remote) to join our team at SIXT. In this role, you will provide first-level support to business partners via phone, email, and ticketing systems, handling operational, technical, and administrative inquiries. You will guide partners through SIXT systems, tools, and processes while ensuring compliance with brand standards and policies. This Partner Support & Process Specialist remote position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner issues, maintain CRM records, and support the onboarding of new partners. What You'll Do

  • Provide first-level support to business partners via phone, email, and ticketing systems, handling operational, technical, and administrative inquiries.
  • Assist partners in navigating SIXT systems, tools, and processes while ensuring compliance with brand standards and policies.
  • Investigate and resolve partner complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Revenue Management, IT, Legal, and Marketing to resolve complex partner issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Support the onboarding of new partners and contribute to improving processes, documentation, and knowledge base materials.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, support operations, or a similar role, ideally within the travel, mobility, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ticketing tools such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
  • A strong partner-focused mindset and enjoy helping others solve problems.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the mobility or travel industry.
  • Knowledge of additional languages.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies.
