About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Monitor store payroll and manage inventory to meet monthly budget goals.
  • Communicate daily sales goals and drive team performance through regular feedback.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline to ensure staffing goals are met.
  • Assist in managing performance through weekly discussions and action plans.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the team and store operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store.
  • Experience with computerized POS systems.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
  • Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the bridal or formal wear industry.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems.
  • Previous experience in a remote management role.
