German-Speaking Healthcare Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a German-Speaking Healthcare Coordinator to join our team at International SOS. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while providing essential healthcare management and support services to beneficiaries enrolled in the TRICARE Overseas Programme (TOP). As a vital member of the TRICARE Provider Support Services (TPSS) team, you will manage provider relationships within the TRICARE Germany region, ensuring that both providers and beneficiaries receive the highest standard of service and support.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact and educator for Host Nation Providers (HNPs), delivering efficient claims and customer service.
• Respond to telephonic or written inquiries and complaints from HNPs, addressing their roles within the TRICARE TOP Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs).
• Guide HNPs on the claims submission process, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
• Maintain professional interactions with providers, both written and telephonic, and educate them on using the online claims portal.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records, including statistical information and client reports, while ensuring confidentiality of all patient and client information.
• Collaborate with the Medical Department to identify and report any suspected fraudulent activities.
• Participate in staff meetings and educational offerings, staying informed about issues that may impact service delivery.

Requirements

• Proficiency in written and oral English and German to a business standard.
• Experience in a customer service or transactional environment, particularly in a customer-centric role.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in claims processing and record-keeping.
• Strong planning skills, with the ability to set objectives, manage time effectively, and monitor performance against deadlines.
• Proficiency in analyzing numerical and verbal data, making rational judgments, and producing workable solutions.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships, manage conflicts, and use humor appropriately.
• Focus on delivering results and meeting customer expectations with high standards for quality and productivity.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or insurance sectors.
• Knowledge of TRICARE policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with claims processing systems.
