About the Role

We are seeking a talented M&A Associate to join our Diversified Industrials & Services team. In this remote role, you will leverage your M&A execution experience to contribute to our mission of providing trusted advisory services to clients across various sectors. You will play a crucial role in transaction execution, financial analysis, and client relationship management.

What You'll Do

• Participate in the transaction execution process, collaborating with deal team members to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop and oversee detailed financial analyses and complex financial models for various transactions.
• Perform extensive valuation analyses and comparisons to support decision-making processes.
• Create Confidential Information Memorandums, management presentations, and marketing pitches.
• Coordinate and conduct business due diligence to assess potential investment opportunities.
• Conduct industry research and comparable company analysis to provide insights to clients.
• Train and mentor analysts, fostering their professional development.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients to enhance business opportunities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of M&A execution experience in a financial services environment.
• Excellent analytical and modeling skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
• High energy and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated integrity and a strong work ethic, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• A quick learner with a focus on accounting rules and financial valuation methodologies.
• Strong client management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the Aerospace & Defence or Industrial Services sectors.
• Familiarity with private placements of debt and equity.
