About the Role

We are looking for a Residential Sales Executive - Remote to join our dynamic team at Sempra Infrastructure. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and coordinating diverse proposals to increase our residential customer base, ultimately enhancing the company's profitability. What You'll Do

  • Prospect, negotiate, and onboard new residential clients.
  • Develop, plan, and update sales progress reports (monthly, weekly, or annually) and maintain internal controls within the department.
  • Support the department in establishing and coordinating strategies to attract potential clients.
  • Meet individual and group contract goals on a monthly basis.
  • Provide quotations for residential lines when necessary.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the energy or utilities sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
