Customer Delivery Specialist - Hybrid Remote Role

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Delivery Specialist to join our team in a hybrid remote capacity. This role requires you to work approximately two days a week from our Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) office in Wroclaw, Poland. As a Customer Delivery Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Prepare leasing documents in accordance with HPEFS policies and customer specifications.
• Manage Sales and Service Excellence forecasts for existing customers and support Sales in acquiring new business.
• Regularly contact customers to ensure smooth cooperation and address any inquiries.
• Ensure accurate reflection of contract data in systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers for timely invoicing and monitor supplier payment turnaround times.
• Proactively engage with customers to answer questions and provide requested data.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer queries and take ownership of solutions.
• Monitor operational issues and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong relationship management skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with remote teams and independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Word.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably with HPEFS.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changeable business environment.
• Strong business acumen and judgment for escalation.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
• Familiarity with data analysis and management.
• Knowledge of leasing and financial services.
