About the Role

We are looking for a Research Assistant remote to join our team at NSW Health, focusing on Complex Mood Disorders and Eating Disorders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to mental health research while working remotely. As a Research Assistant remote, you will support the development and implementation of research activities under the guidance of experienced Trial and Study Coordinators.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the operational aspects of clinical trials, including ethics and governance.
  • Provide regulatory support, including managing contracts and pharmacy interactions.
  • Coordinate participants and assist in data management for clinical studies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures for safe and efficient research delivery.
  • Engage with a range of stakeholders to facilitate research activities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in providing high-level administrative services, preferably in a research or healthcare setting.
  • Experience in data collection, management, and analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new research methodologies.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in clinical trials or mental health research.
  • Familiarity with data analysis software.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements in clinical research.
