About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Website Growth Manager to join our dynamic team at Bitly. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving engagement and signups through our public-facing websites and landing pages. As a Remote Website Growth Manager, you'll leverage your expertise to identify new acquisition opportunities and optimize performance through data-driven insights.

What You'll Do

• Own and scale website-driven acquisition strategies to enhance signups and trials through non-paid channels.
• Collaborate with the paid acquisition team to support landing page experimentation and optimization.
• Translate insights into actionable strategies and execute them effectively.
• Implement rigorous testing and iteration processes to refine and improve acquisition performance.
• Ensure a proactive and systematic approach to website-driven acquisition, avoiding ad hoc methods.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing or website management.
• Proven track record of driving website engagement and conversions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
