Operations Specialist - Web3 Wallet - KOL (Remote)

About the Role

We're hiring an Operations Specialist - Web3 Wallet - KOL (remote) to join our innovative team at Binance. This role is crucial in building a decentralized version of Binance, empowering users with full control over their assets and enhancing their trading experience across various blockchains. As an Operations Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving our Web3 initiatives, which significantly expand our strategic landscape and complement our centralized exchange (CEX) business.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve assigned KPIs and ensure smooth operations.
• Own and manage the Referral program operations, including performance tracking, data analysis, and continuous optimization.
• Maintain long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), traders, and community partners through effective onboarding, communication, performance follow-up, and incentive alignment.
• Analyze user issues and propose actionable solutions to enhance user experience.
• Investigate business and user demands, including trading behavior and referral performance, to propose scalable solutions and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution, including trading competitions, referral promotions, and KOL-led initiatives.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to support the team and business objectives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in the Web3 and finance industries.
• Strong logical thinking abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Self-driven, quick learner with a sense of responsibility and motivation.
• Proven capability to analyze data and propose improvements.

Nice to Have

• Experience with decentralized exchanges (DEX) and community management.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in operations.
