Public Relations Manager - Global Remote Role

About the Role

Morph is seeking an experienced Public Relations Manager to lead external communications and media strategy for our next-generation Layer-2 settlement infrastructure focused on real-world payments and on-chain financial adoption. This Public Relations Manager remote role will shape Morph’s public voice, manage press relationships, and produce compelling, high-quality written materials that communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

What You'll Do

• Lead global PR strategy and earned media efforts across fintech, payments, and web3 outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, publications, and industry press.
• Plan and execute press releases, announcements, story pitches, and media outreach.
• Develop high-quality written content including statements, op-eds, speeches, and interview briefs.
• Support executive communications and speaking opportunities.
• Coordinate PR timelines with marketing, BD, and ecosystem partners.
• Translate complex technical or financial concepts into compelling, accessible narratives.
• Monitor media environment and manage reputation and crisis response when necessary.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in PR, communications, or media relations (fintech, payments, or blockchain strongly preferred).
• Proven track record securing coverage in top-tier or high-relevance publications.
• Established network in financial, technology, or web3 media outlets.
• Exceptional writing ability with skill in simplifying complex topics into persuasive messaging.
• Fluent and professional English is required.
• Ability to work effectively and responsibly in a remote, global environment.
• Ability to operate independently with accountability and strong time management.
• Experience supporting executives for interviews, panels, and content development.

Nice to Have

• Experience in crisis communication management.
• Familiarity with social media strategies for PR.
• Knowledge of analytics tools to measure PR impact.
