About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Remote Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Game Plan Tech. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, project managers, and customer-facing leads to bring clarity to priorities, eliminate roadblocks, strengthen communication, and work directly with leadership to define how modern product work is done. This is a forward-leaning position that leverages generative AI to accelerate strategy, planning, communication, and delivery. As a Remote Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.

What You'll Do

• Ensure timely delivery of contract and project deliverables that meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing scope based on PWS/SOW/WBS and communicate those with team members.
• Build, communicate, and execute project schedules effectively.
• Monitor and communicate team member project allocations to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Leverage emerging technologies, including generative AI, to enhance productivity and efficiency across projects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.
• Ability to travel to the Pentagon weekly.
• Experience managing multiple or complex projects simultaneously using tools like GitLab, Jira, or similar.
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal engagements.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain a Secret clearance.
