About the Role

We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager - Remote to join our innovative team at Chronus. This role is pivotal in shaping how enterprise organizations leverage their internal talent networks to enhance business performance. As a Demand Generation Manager, you will lead the charge in transforming our marketing strategies to create connected workplaces where employees thrive.

What You'll Do

  • Lead inbound and outbound demand generation efforts, owning the strategy, execution, and performance of demand generation programs.
  • Develop scalable demand generation strategies and execute hands-on campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Plan and execute omnichannel campaigns across the full sales funnel to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize results using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales to align on target accounts and campaign priorities, ensuring a cohesive approach to demand generation.
  • Manage vendor relationships related to demand generation, leveraging external expertise to enhance our efforts.
  • Utilize AI tools for campaign creation and performance optimization, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Track and analyze campaign data for continuous improvement, refining our strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and shared goals.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, with a strong focus on B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience executing successful marketing campaigns that drive results.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience improving landing page and campaign conversion rates.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience targeting enterprise organizations, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to changing priorities and challenges.
