About the Role

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain financial models to assess GTM investment efficiency.
• Own budgeting and forecasting processes for GTM spend.
• Analyze operating KPIs and funnel data to derive insights on unit economics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide strategic insights that drive decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and executive-ready materials to communicate financial performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in financial services or analytical roles.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and BI tools like Looker.
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights effectively.
• Resourceful self-starter with an ownership mentality.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Passionate about improving mental healthcare access.
