About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team at Jobgether. As a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiating deals to onboarding, activation, and long-term relationship management. You will collaborate across product, R&D, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to translate partner opportunities into tangible growth initiatives. What You'll Do
- Own and manage the full partnership lifecycle, ensuring successful deal structuring, onboarding, activation, and ongoing growth.
- Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual success and measurable business outcomes.
- Source, negotiate, and close new partnerships that accelerate market reach across key verticals, including media, entertainment, and creative technology.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, R&D, marketing, sales, legal, and business leadership to translate partner opportunities into actionable initiatives.
- Build operational excellence within the partnerships function by defining scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and best practices.
- Identify new distribution opportunities, including strategic integrations, channel partnerships, and service or solution partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances within B2B technology; experience in AI or creative tech is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end partnership cycles, from sourcing and negotiation through execution and ongoing growth.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities and limited structure.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and persistent in ensuring projects reach successful completion.
- Proactive problem solver, able to navigate ambiguity and move deals forward without waiting for perfect information.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and urgency in delivering results.
- Collaborative team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

- Experience in Media & Entertainment, Design & Visualization, Communication sectors, or managing distribution ecosystems including channels, marketplaces, and solution partners.
