Remote Senior Product Manager - Lead Growth Strategies

About the Role

We are excited to announce an opening for a Remote Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team at INFUSE. In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and implementation of innovative systems and tools that will drive our next stage of growth. As a Remote Senior Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with leadership and department heads to define product vision and roadmap.

What You'll Do

• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on market research and customer feedback.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations.
• Analyze product performance and user feedback to inform future enhancements.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead product discovery sessions to explore new opportunities and validate concepts.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS products is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with UX/UI design principles.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Trello.
