Director of Global Total Rewards - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
Teads is seeking a strategic and analytical Director of Global Total Rewards to join our People & Culture team. This remote opportunity will lead the design and execution of our global compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with our business strategy. As a Director of Global Total Rewards, you will partner closely with senior leaders to support key compensation initiatives, including annual planning cycles and executive compensation.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of global compensation programs, including base salary structures and incentive plans.
- Manage the annual compensation cycle in partnership with Finance and executive leadership.
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis using tools such as Mercer and Radford.
- Develop compensation frameworks that support organizational growth and retention.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership on compensation strategy.
- Oversee global benefits strategy and program design, ensuring offerings are competitive and compliant.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on compensation and rewards strategy.
- Build and maintain robust compensation analytics and reporting frameworks.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, and HR analytics roles.
- Strong experience designing and managing compensation programs within technology or high-growth companies.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Experience using compensation benchmarking tools such as Mercer or Radford.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience influencing senior leadership.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting executive compensation and board-level reporting.
- Knowledge of equity award valuation and legal implications of executive agreements.
- Experience in fast-paced, evolving international environments.
