HR Administrator (9 Month FTC) - Remote Option Available
About the Role

What You'll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing timely and professional support to colleagues.
- Manage the HR inbox, ensuring queries are responded to efficiently.
- Prepare employment documentation such as contracts, letters, and HR correspondence.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support general HR administration.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new starters and support the employee lifecycle.
- Provide administrative support to the wider HR team, including Talent Acquisition and Payroll.
- Help keep HR processes organized, efficient, and well-documented.
Requirements
- Organized, enthusiastic, and confident in juggling multiple priorities.
- Experience in HR administration or recruitment administration within a busy environment.
- Strong written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Keen to learn, grow, and develop your HR knowledge.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as iTrent or People First is desirable but not essential.
- Working towards or interested in a qualification like CIPD Level 3 is also desirable.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a legal or social justice environment.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
