Skilled Barista - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Grind is seeking a Skilled Barista - Remote Opportunity to join our dynamic team. As a barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee and has a strong attention to detail. This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

What You'll Do

• Dial in grinders for both House Blend & Black Blend to brand standards.
• Open and close down the coffee section independently.
• Multi-task and perform busy service solo while maintaining quality.
• Deliver coffee to customers in an engaging and friendly manner.
• Pour basic latte art and understand all types of coffee offered by Grind.
• Maintain cleanliness of the section at all times.
• Communicate any stock shortages/issues to the Head Barista or Manager on shift.
• Wear full and correct uniform always.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume coffee environment.
• Strong barista skills with the ability to serve quality shots and steam milk.
• Effective and efficient communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and a solutions-driven approach.
• Friendly, approachable, and fun work attitude.

Nice to Have

• Experience with La Marzocco Linea PB machines and Nuova Simonelli Mythos Ones grinders.
• Ability to pour advanced latte art.
