We are hiring a Remote Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Cloud Enablement team at Temporal Technologies. What You'll Do

  • Lead the Cloud Enablement team, focusing on applying and extending the Temporal OSS replication stack.
  • Oversee the development of critical cloud capabilities, including High Availability (HA) namespaces and automated failover.
  • Participate in system design, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
  • Unblock execution challenges and ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team dedicated to excellence in cloud services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in engineering management, particularly in cloud services.
  • Strong technical background in distributed systems and cloud architecture.
  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and collaboration.
  • Experience with open-source software development and community engagement.
  • Passion for improving developer experience and delivering high-quality software solutions.

  • Familiarity with Temporal OSS and its ecosystem.
