Remote Scheduler - Hebrew Speaker for Data Collection Projects

About the Role

DataForce is seeking a motivated Remote Scheduler to work remotely from the US to schedule recording sessions for one of our Data Collection projects taking place in New York, United States. As a Remote Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data collection initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Communicate with potential participants via phone or email to schedule recording sessions.
• Screen applicants and schedule appointments based on their availability.
• Manage daily schedules and find replacement participants if needed.
• Send reminders to minimize no-shows and ensure attendance.
• Provide logistics information to candidates to facilitate their participation.
• Coordinate with the project team daily to ensure alignment and progress.
• Utilize your organizational skills to maintain an efficient scheduling process.
• Support project coordinators and managers in achieving project goals.

Requirements

• Fluency in Hebrew and advanced English is required.
• Strong computer skills for data entry and schedule management.
• Excellent organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and participant needs.
