Remote Property Manager - Support Australian Residential Portfolio

We're hiring a Remote Property Manager to support our residential property portfolio in Australia. What You'll Do

• Handle tenancy documentation and compliance files for properties.
• Process applications and schedule inspections efficiently.
• Manage maintenance requests and track issues to resolution.
• Monitor arrears and communicate effectively with the local PM lead.
• Maintain an accurate property management database with notes and tasks.
• Produce weekly activity summaries and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with a team connecting offshore talent to Australian businesses.

Requirements

• Experience in property management, particularly in the Australian context.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with tenants and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with Australian residential property laws and processes.
