Manager of Alliance MSSP Renewal & Deal Support Specialists - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Manager of Alliance MSSP Renewal & Deal Support Specialists - Remote to join our dynamic team at CrowdStrike. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the success of our partner ecosystem while working in a fully remote environment. What You'll Do

• Lead a team of MSSP, OEM, and Alliance Account Managers to drive operational excellence.
• Oversee renewal management for MSSP, OEM, and Alliance partners, ensuring high retention rates.
• Support Alliance and MSSP Sales teams in protecting and expanding Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
• Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure retention and deal velocity effectively.
• Create controls to ensure proper renewal quoting and maintain contract integrity.
• Implement automated workflows for quoting intake and tracking to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with various departments to build a world-class Alliance renewal engine.
• Develop, coach, and scale a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing Renewals Specialists or similar teams in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of MSSP, Channel, or Alliance go-to-market models.
• Experience managing SaaS subscription renewals with complex pricing structures.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives effectively.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Salesforce CPQ.
• Exceptional communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized and analytical, with a focus on operational discipline.
