What You'll Do

• Lead financial forecasting and budget management for marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights that enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
• Manage P&L ownership for marketing initiatives, ensuring profitability and financial sustainability.
• Oversee media investments and project management to maximize ROI on marketing expenditures.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in a marketing context.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and budget planning.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and marketing analytics.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience with DTC marketing and campaign management is a plus.

• PMP certification or similar project management qualifications.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B marketing environments.
